The whole concept of Unity Ring was the essence of togetherness. I wanted to echo the feeling of a cruise in my art and the closeness that couples and families feel when on board or just on holiday. I looked at photos of couples together and saw how their body language could be interpreted into an abstract form and decided the the work would consist on 2 rings leaning into one and other. From various different angles you can see that the 2 ring lie supported on each other and the lines and surfaces never end, just flow into and out of each other making it one.
