Liquid Silk

Liquid silk was inspired by the flowing lines of a dress flowing from the waist of a women. There was one image in particular that gave me the idea which can be seen in the development section but the same style and design ethos was carried forward from the Flame, using sharp lines and considered surfaces to create a beautifully aesthetic form.

Liquid silk sculpture can be made in various different materials depending on budget or taste so if you like it and can see it fitting  in your designed space then get in touch and I can discuss with you what we can create to make a stunning feature for you.

The Liquid silk seen in the images is a constructed using fibre reinforced concrete which over time with weather and patina, leeching salts out to the surface. Some customers like this effect as it brings it more into a natural looking state while other like to retain the clean finish and lines. If this is the case then we can discuss producing in different materials, anything from a bronze casting to a fibreglass form.
